Toolroom Machinist

Key Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills

Program CNC mills using CAM Works

Design, fabricate, and repair tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures

Interpret CAD models and engineering drawings

Perform precision measurements and quality checks

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure product accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

3-5 years of toolroom or precision machining experience

Strong CNC programming skills (CAM Works, Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar software preferred)

Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers)

Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail

Knowledge of machining best practices a plus
