Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

3-7 years of commercial litigation experience.

Demonstrated excellence in legal writing and analysis.

Substantial experience drafting and editing complex briefs and motions.

Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
