What You'll Do:
Prospect, develop, and maintain a book of business in personal or commercial lines
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored insurance solutions
Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
Stay up to date on carrier products and industry trends
Meet or exceed sales goals and retention targets
Maintain accurate client and policy information using our Agency Management System
• What We're Looking For:
Active Property & Casualty license (required)
Life & Health license a plus (or willingness to obtain)
2+ years of insurance sales or related experience
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with CRM or Agency Management Systems preferred
