Risk and Compliance Business Partner

Salary £40,000 per annum plus 34 days leave rising to 39, and matching pension contribution.

Temporary 12 Month Maternity Cover, Full Time (37.5 hpw)

Newcastle upon Tyne, with hybrid working

What you’ll do

Advise teams on laws, regulations and compliance actions

Track and test compliance, reporting findings to senior leaders

Scan the horizon for changes and assess their impact

Support our in-depth assessment prep with the Regulator

Role model our Risk Management Framework across the business

You have

Strong knowledge of social housing

Experience of horizon scanning and impact assessments

Ability to challenge and influence at all levels

Great written and verbal reasoning skills

A qualification in governance or risk, or equivalent experience

The practical bits

You’ll work Monday to Friday

Our earliest start is 08:00, and our latest finish is 18:00. We offer flexibility, but sometimes you’ll need to adapt to meet business needs

Use your flexi time to take a longer lunch if you need a haircut

We work on a hybrid basis with 2 days minimum per week in our Newcastle upon Tyne office, with the rest from home. Our team anchor day is Wednesday.
