Logistics and Import/Export Specialist

• Oversee day-to-day logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments, warehousing, and inventory control.

• Manage air and ocean shipments, customs documentation, and provide customs clearance support for international trade.

• Coordinate delivery schedules, optimize transportation costs, and handle urgent shipment requests to avoid production delays.

• Track and manage inventory using WMS and Excel-based tools, ensuring efficient stock levels and handling non-conforming goods.

• Advise clients on Incoterms, ensure compliance with export/import laws, and support all necessary documentation for international shipments.

• Work with freight carriers, trucking companies, and other logistics providers to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.

Must obtain appropriate knowledge of the company’s products and know how these products should be handled and stored.

• Must keep updated on new trends, makes recommendations to appropriate management regarding new products and services that can make the company profitable.

• Develop reports showing transportation costs on precise projects and moves.

• Conduct physical cataloging, warehousing, inventorying, material control coordination and data entry assisting different supply activities.

• Coordinate accountability of property and issue maintenance

• Investigate inventory divergence, resolve issues and update database to replicate property movement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or import/export operations.
