In this role you will develop and manage relationships in order to build successful partnerships and deliver quality opportunities for our customers.You will be championing the business as an employment service partner of choice. The opportunity

Use your sales and relationships skills to source new employment opportunities

Empower and connect customers to sustainable employment

Use your experience to interview and match customers to appropriate jobs

Work within your community to make a difference and support people through change

About You

Experience in sales and a passion for business development

Experience achieving and exceeding targets

Develop and maintaining customer relationships with a strong focus on customer care

Excellent communication skills

Ability to think strategically, with an analytical and creative approach to problem solving

Ability to obtain Working with Children Card
