Non-Negotiable Requirements:
Must have a Helpdesk-type background (hardware and software troubleshooting experience)
Familiar with operating systems troubleshooting.
Microsoft product knowledge is required
Should have experience supporting a BPO environment
Minimum of 6 months in QA or related experience
Must be an IT graduate or undergraduate with at least 2 years in college
