What We Offer You:

Competitive Pay: Training - $21.00 per hour, Performance-based - $24.25 per hour, with chances for extra pay incentives.

Schedule: Shift starts at 10 AM; typically a 4-5 day work week, working until tasks are complete, including one mandatory weekend shift.

Your Role as a Warehouse Selector:

Efficiently select and load products onto trucks, transporting them between the loading dock and the warehouse.

Work in various areas of the warehouse, including Dry, Refrigerated, Perishables, and Freezer sections.

Receive provided gear such as freezer suits, hats, and gloves.

Review documentation and accurately record information; verify product quantity, identity, availability, and condition.

Operate reach trucks and pallet jacks to select, pull, sort, and stack products within the warehouse and dock.

Hand-stack products when necessary, ensuring stability and correct placement.

Shrink-wrap and label outgoing orders and manage incoming orders accordingly.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Ability to perform accurate visual inspections and repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.

Preferred experience of at least 1 year in a distribution warehouse, including proficiency with reach trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts.

This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English to effectively communicate and comprehend job-related tasks, safety protocols, and instructions.
