Customer Service Representative

Full-Time $15/HR Bi-Weekly PayCraft Wholesalers Inc., a family-owned business serving customers for over 40 years, is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails and faxes

Process orders accurately and efficiently

Provide product availability, pricing, and order status updates

Handle returns, adjustments, and complaints in a professional manner

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of customer service experience

Excellent phone and communication skills

Basic computer and typing skills (typing test may be required)

Strong time management and organizational skills

Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive

Must be 18 or older
