Apartment Maintenance Technician/HVAC Technician wanted.

We are searching for a qualified maintenance technician with excellent HVAC skills for our maintenance

team. Job responsibilities will include plumbing, electrical and HVAC maintenance and repair. Appliance

repair experience would be a plus but not essential. HVAC service personnel must be EPA certified. In

this role, your primary responsibilities will involve performing preventative maintenance, repairs and

upgrades.

Responsibilities include some or all of the following:

HVAC experience; minimum 4 years experience

Plumbing repair.

Electrical repair: replace outlets, switches, trace circuits, etc.

Appliance repair preferred

The qualified candidate must have appropriate experience, a valid drivers license, reliable transportation

and a relatively clean driving record.

Some shared night call is required. Must have own hand tools. We offer paid vacation and health insurance.

Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
