Functional Engineer (OTM/TMS)

Focus Areas:

• Functional/Domain process knowledge

• Technical integrations/POC (basic understanding)

• QA

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as subject matter expert in OTM/TMS (order management, shipment planning, freight

• payment,visibility).

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.

• Translate requirements into system configurations.

• Lead UAT and go-live activities.

• Identify process improvement opportunities using TMS features.

• Collaborate with IT teams on integrations (ERP, WMS, supply chain systems)

• Provide training and support to users.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in supply chain/Logistics/Engineering/IT.

• 5+ years in OTM/TMS (design,configuration,testing).

• Strong process knowledge in logistics/transportation.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving

Nice to Have:

• ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle).

• Knowledge of freight payment, carrier management.

• Familiar with analytics/reporting in OTM/TMS.

• Agile exposure.
