Travel to remote First Nations communities to support Community Development!
Based in Community.
This position doesn’t have a home base.
You will be travelling to different communities and essentially living out of your suitcase!
This position is a fixed term contract.
To succeed in this role, you have to be flexible, adventurous and adaptable.
You have to have a knack for building strong relationships with existing employees and community stakeholders.
What does a day look like for a Travelling Support Officer?
As the Travelling Support Officer for our Community Development Program you will travel across Arnhem Land to support ALPA's Sites as required e.g.
to cover vacancies while we recruit, cover roles when employees go on annual leave and to give extra support to sites when its required.
While working you will get to immerse yourself with the longest living culture in the world!
