Under the general supervision of the Director of Facilities and the Mechanical Supervisor, this position has primary responsibility to maintain the College's variety of commercial plumbing systems and HVAC systems with an emphasis on plumbing systems.
Work hours
7:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday
On Call on a rotating basis: 7:30am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday
Contingent on need, occasional evenings or weekends will be required
Pay is on a Bi-weekly basis
Primary Duties
Diagnosing and troubleshoot plumbing issues and/or water or flooding issues. Make plumbing repairs and/or replacement of fixtures, unclogging drains, and repairing leaks, repairing toilets, urinals, water coolers, etc.
Knowledge and working skills in various plumbing piping systems, such as copper, pex, stainless steel, etc.
Monitor, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot and repair as appropriate HVAC equipment and systems

Qualifications
High School diploma, GED, or Trade School in field of work
Valid Driver's license
5 years' experience in related plumbing or mechanical field of work
Trade license a plus
