Job Title: Guest Service Representative
Summary: The Guest Service Representative is the first point of contact for guests at the hockey arena, providing a welcoming and helpful experience. This role is responsible for a variety of administrative and guest-facing duties to ensure smooth operations and high guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Services:
Greet and register guests for programs, events, and skating sessions in a warm and friendly manner.
Assist with guest requests and inquiries, and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Record and communicate special guest requests or problems to the appropriate department and ensure timely resolution.
Administrative and Communication:
Answer and route phone calls using a multi-line phone system in an articulate and friendly manner.
Monitor and respond to voicemails and emails promptly.
Sort, log, and distribute incoming mail and messages.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
Knowledge and Information:
Possess comprehensive knowledge of all arena programs, including pricing, start and end dates, and registration periods.
Provide accurate information to guests regarding events, schedules, and general arena policies.
Other Duties:
Perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.
