This role is vital to the guest experience because you'll: + Lead the experience: Check in with guests and make sure they are enjoying themselves + Be the solution: Handle guest concerns and provide a resolution to ensure they are satisfied.

+ Understand that teamwork is key: Work hand in hand with your team to meet goals and, most importantly, have fun!

To be successful in this position, you'll need: + A humble and hospitable demeanor + Passion for helping and serving others (customers and fellow team members) + A desire to learn and grow, our goal is to ensure all our crew members become experts in all positions.

+ The ability to communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs + Able to work standing for extended periods and must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.

+ Obtain and maintain a food handler certificate valid in the state of Texas.
