You will be involved in the planning and development of initiatives that will contribute improve the purchase repetition and customer loyalty.
Tasks
Develop templates and dynamic content blocks using AMPscript, SSJS, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript for personalization.
Design and maintain the data architecture in SFMC, creating scalable Data Extensions and efficient segmentations.
Configure and automate journeys, triggers, and personalized campaigns in Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
Build and execute SQL queries in Automation Studio for advanced segmentation, data cleansing, and automation.
Ensure data integrity and coordinate integrations with external systems through APIs.
Monitor, debug, and optimize send processes, automations, and personalization workflows.
Maintain and update SFMC platform settings, including domains, permissions, and channels.
Advise marketing, product, and support teams on best practices and technical solutions within SFMC.
Collaborate with engineering teams on new integrations, with the ability to create triggers using SFMC endpoints, as well as drive technical improvements.
Act as the main point of contact with Salesforce for advanced support and technical reviews.
Ensure deliverability by managing IP and domain reputation.
Manage Business Units, roles, and permissions.
Test and validate templates to ensure proper rendering across devices and email clients.
Strengths
Previous experience as CRM Automation Specialist
Ability to Analyze and Solve complex problems

Person eager to learn, evolve and work within a team
Excellence: organizational skills, planning, orientation to the detail
Experience in Ecommerce/marketplace will be a plus
Be based in Barcelona or surrounding area (you will have hybrid work model)
Fluency in English ans Spanish language skills
