As a technician at MTP, you'll be responsible for disassembling, inspecting, rebuilding, and testing complex mechanical systems used by our armed forces. What You'll Do:
Disassemble, inspect, and rebuild drivetrain components
Use technical manuals and testing machines to verify performance
Enter data in ERP systems
Collaborate with other departments to meet production and shipping goals
Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
Requirements
What We're Looking For:
1+ years of relevant mechanical, automotive, or technical experience
High school diploma (automotive/technical education preferred)
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to continuously learn and improve
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds safely
Bonus Points If You Have:
Prior military, automotive, or remanufacturing experience
Experience reading technical manuals or using diagnostic/testing tools
