As a Material Operator, you'll play a key role in making sure everything flows smoothly and meets our high standards in every way.
What You'll Be Doing: * Support the production line by ensuring materials are staged, replenished, and ready when needed with materials like bottles, caps, and pumps.
* Double-check component numbers and ensure the right paperwork and SAP stickers are in place.
* Use electric pallet jacks to move components and finished goods, prepping pallets for warehouse transfer.
* Scan finished products into SAP and maintain accurate records while acting as a gatekeeper for quality.
* Return unused components and help clear the line for the next run.
* Perform quality audits, checking label placement, batch codes, and overall product standards.
* Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets FDA and company quality standards.
* Promote and follow safety protocols throughout the facility.
* Step in as a backup Equipment Operator and help train new team members.
* Complete SOPs, Work Instructions, and other documentation with accuracy and care.
* Handle sensitive product and customer information with discretion.
* Show up consistently, pitch in when overtime is needed, and take on other tasks as assigned.
What We Need from You: * High School Diploma or GED preferred.
* At least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
* Familiarity with FDA Good Manufacturing Practices and OSHA safety standards.
* Experience with SAP and HMI systems.
* Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions, wear PPE, and work well with others.
* Strong time management and a positive, team-first attitude.
* Comfortable operating electric pallet jacks.
* Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
