Essential Job Functions:
Carries out all the policies of the company and department
Practices all SOP's of the Banquet Department
Assists in the training of Team Members
Maintains open communication between all personnel working the Banquet
In the absence of the F&B Supervisor, may act on his/her behalf
Assigns stations and job duties
Assists in controlling labor costs for the room
Controls the flow of service & work priorities before, during & after a banquet
Other Job Functions: Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
Experience Required: 1 year responsible experience in a full service dining room or banquet facility
Education Required: High school diploma or equivalent
Skills, Knowledge and/or Abilities Required: Good public relations skills; ability to communicate effectively with others; understands and complies with all Company and departmental rules and regulations
Licenses, Certifications, Bonding, and/or Testing Required: Indiana Alcohol Beverage permit
