Superintendent

Trillium Construction is hiring for a Superintendent to oversee the construction of a new VA facility in Tomah, WI!

This opportunity is a full-time, direct-hire position, offering a competitive salary and benefits!

Duties:

-Oversee day-to-day on-site construction operations and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors

-Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring compliance with OSHA

-Review and interpret project plans, specifications, and schedules, adjusting as needed to ensure timely project completion

-Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain project progress

-Manage and document project progress through daily logs, photos, and reporting tools

-Conduct regular quality assurance inspections, addressing non-conformance issues promptly

Compensation:

-Annual salary between $100,000 - $115,000

-M/V/D benefits

-Mileage reimbursement, if applicable

-Cell phone allowance

Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in construction management or a related field, with a focus on commercial or federal projects; previous VA experience preferred

-Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices

-Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively

-Proficient with construction management software, such as Procore is a plus

-OSHA 30-hour certification is a plus

-Ability to pass all pre-employment screenings
