Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Monitor and reconcile patient billing, insurance claims, and payments.

Ensure compliance with healthcare financial policies, statutory requirements, and tax regulations.

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for healthcare operations.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA is a must.

Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in the healthcare, hospital, or pharmaceutical sector.

Strong knowledge of healthcare billing systems, insurance claims, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or healthcare ERP systems).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
