Hi, we're Smartsourcing! Were looking for a full-time, on-site Admin Associate to support one of our global media clients. You'll help keep submissions, schedules, and creative content organized and on point because behind every great story is someone who makes sure the details shine.

About the Role
In this role, you will provide structured support in sales and product administration tasks, ensuring accurate and timely execution of submissions, product information updates, and customer communications. Works under close guidance of senior colleagues and managers.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with preparing client submissions and presentations under supervision.
Upload and maintain product images and author details on the website.
Support international customer communications by preparing press release drafts via Mailchimp.
Coordinate samples, links, and images as directed.
Maintain accurate CRM records and track customer confirmations with assistance.
Provide basic administrative support (scheduling meetings, travel coordination).
Ensure accuracy in documentation by updating master files and assisting with contracts.
About You
Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Canva/Mailchimp exposure.
Ability to follow instructions carefully and escalate when uncertain.
Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
0-2 years of relevant experience in sales, product, or admin support.
