As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of townhouse projects from contract through to handover. You will lead and support construction, estimating, and drafting teams to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, on budget, and to a high standard. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will balance strategy, structure, and people management.
What you will be doing:
Oversee day-to-day operations across all active townhouse projects
Lead and mentor construction supervisors, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met
Work closely with estimating, drafting, and sales teams to ensure documentation and planning are accurate before site start
Monitor project performance and implement process improvements where needed
Manage key stakeholder relationships with suppliers, trades, and consultants
Support leadership in business planning, forecasting, and project delivery strategy
Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement

To be successful, you will need:
