The Role:

Lead drafting for a residential builder with a growing pipeline (80+ homes/year)

Prepare, review, and coordinate construction documentation using ArchiCAD

Liaise with design and construction teams to deliver accurate, compliant plans

Mentor junior drafters and guide best practices within the drafting team

Contribute to workflow improvement and the company growth strategy

About You:

Minimum 4 years of experience in residential drafting (project homes preferred)

Proven expertise in ArchiCAD (essential)

Strong technical knowledge of building codes and construction details

Excellent communication, documentation, and workflow management skills

Ability to work independently and manage priorities for multiple projects
