Our client is a stunning cliff-front venue, a luxury lifestyle brand known for its premium food and beverage offerings. They are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and inspirational General Manager to lead the team and drive the continued success of the venue. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a proven track record in luxury hospitality management, strong business acumen, and a commitment to operational excellence.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of operations, including daily service, financial performance, strategic planning, and brand development.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of senior management experience in a luxury lifestyle brand, or high-end beach club environment, with proven success as a General Manager / Director of Food & Beverage or in a similar leadership role.

Strong understanding of the Bali hospitality market, particularly within the luxury segment, and a well-established network of industry contacts such as suppliers, event organisers, and international promoters.

Excellent leadership and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to inspire and motivate a large team.

Strong financial management skills, with experience in analysing financial data, managing budgets, and driving profitability.

Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality service and operational efficiency.

Proactive, results-driven, and adaptable, with the flexibility to work weekends and public holidays in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations of the venue, including the beach club, restaurant, bar, suites, and events, ensuring seamless service and exceptional quality across all areas.

In collaboration with the marketing team, develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key partners, vendors, and the local community.

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Monitor and control costs and revenues to meet or exceed financial targets, while implementing strategies to drive growth and profitability.

Lead, mentor, and empower a large, diverse team while fostering a positive, high-performance work culture.

Oversee all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, and staff welfare.

Promote a culture of outstanding guest service, ensuring every visitor enjoys a memorable and positive experience.

Handle guest feedback and inquiries with professionalism and care.

Supervise the planning and execution of all events, from private gatherings to large-scale functions, ensuring they are delivered to the highest standards and reflect the brand's identity.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations, and oversee property maintenance to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety.
