The Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Associate, Who will represent the company to customers (they generate the highest revenue for AUTOonline). A Customer Service Associate must be able to optimally schedule the services of towing providers, document management and vehicle storage facilities to meet customer service expectations. They must also communicate effectively with different operational areas of the customers, which involves planning and executing various tasks with specific difficulties. An ideal candidate should have developed skills that enable them to achieve challenging goals, identify business opportunities, and generate alternative processes that allow the implementation of the AUTOonline product in different sectors of the automotive industry.
Responsibility
Buyers:
On-boarding and managing buyers
Buyer’s payment reconciliations
Market segmentation study of new buyers and distribution
Manage Customer transactions
Document receipt, ownership and marketing of vehicles
Follow up of vehicles payments
Management of the vehicle’s file sold
Delivery of management metrics

Management Salvage’s sales
Execute an auction
Payment Tracking
Sales management indicators
Propose changes to the vehicle publishing process
Delivery tracking of documents of sold vehicles
Identify operational activities that must be improved in their execution

Bachelor s degree required
Automotive Industry Knowledge
Leadership skills
Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Pleasant, friendly disposition with strong communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
