Role
We are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to join our high-performing team.
Working in the law firm of the future, you will work closely with the Marketing & Business Development team to coordinate and support key team projects and activity, including our client engagement initiatives through our client review program and the management of data in our client intelligence solution. The role also supports the administrative aspects of our team, including diary and meeting management, document and presentation production, and adhoc project support.

Responsibilities
Client intelligence solution
Proactively manage client data in Dentons’ client intelligent solution, Nexl, to maintain accurate and current client contacts, including managing duplicate and aged contacts.
Manage profiles of internal Nexl users to ensure appropriate access to Nexl.
Maintain visibility across Nexl product upgrade and releases and update the team on any changes implemented.
Liaise with the Nexl client service team to trouble shoot and resolve issues as they arise.
Work collaboratively with our Change and Training Manager to induct and upskill staff on using Nexl.
Client review assessments
Prepare materials and insights to brief internal stakeholders for client review meetings
Schedule client review meetings with clients and internal staff
Prepare reports and insights to capture key outcomes from client review meetings.
Administrative support
Diary and meeting management for the Business Development & Marketing Director
Assisting Marketing & Business Development team members with ad hoc administrative tasks
Support in the production of internal and client facing documents.
