Human Resources Intern

As an HR Intern, you will support the Human Resources team with a variety of administrative and people-focused tasks. This role is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement. You’ll work closely with the HR team to learn the fundamentals of human resources while helping ensure a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and files.

Respond to basic employee questions and direct inquiries to appropriate HR team members.

Assist with HR reports, documentation, and policy updates as needed.

Help organize HR documents through filing, scanning, and data entry.

Participate in HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the team.

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Qualifications:

Working toward a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Eagerness to learn and interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
