You’ll work alongside the Executive Manager and a collaborative team of Relationship Executives, and Analysts, focused on delivering exceptional service and sustainable business growth.

More specifically, you will:

Lead a team to deliver timely, high-quality credit outcomes for diverse business customers.

Coach analysts to strengthen credit acumen and ensure policy and risk alignment.

Manage workflow across credit applications, annual reviews, and expired facilities to meet performance standards.

Champion a zero-defect culture, ensuring Credit Assurance and Risk outcomes align with business banking risk appetite.

Foster a culture of risk ownership by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in partnership with Risk Management.

Maintain strong technical capability in commercial credit analysis.

To be successful, you will bring:

Experience as a Relationship Executive, team leader, Senior Associate, or similar, with strong credit skills and a risk-focused mindset.

Deep financial services experience, ideally across sales and/or risk roles.

Strong knowledge of commercial credit, banking products, and financial services, with sound commercial acumen.

Proven ability to build effective relationships and collaborate with stakeholders and business partners.

A continuous improvement mindset and creative problem-solving approach.

A strong customer focus and passion for delivering exceptional service.
