You will be responsible for developing and enforcing OT-specific cybersecurity policies, collaborating across teams to share threat intelligence, and promoting awareness of cybersecurity risks and best practices. This is a hands-on role requiring deep technical expertise, strong stakeholder engagement, and a strategic mindset.

Some of the things you’ll do are:

Provide expert OT cybersecurity guidance to site engineering and control system teams.

Build strong relationships to influence and implement OT security initiatives.

Lead proactive defense and response strategies based on threat intelligence.

Deliver third-level support for major OT cybersecurity incidents.

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of OT security controls and recommend improvements.

Maintain and update dashboards, metrics, and documentation to ensure visibility and alignment.

Act as a subject matter expert in architecture and solution development for OT systems.

We’re looking for people who have:

Relevant tertiary qualifications in Operational Technology (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics) or Information Technology, with practical experience applying these skills in OT environments.

Ability to collaborate across Cybersecurity, IT, and operational teams.

Solid understanding of OT/ICS protocols and platforms, including SCADA, PLC systems, and Windows/Linux environments.

Experience with network security controls, access management, and SIEM technologies in OT environments.

Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK, AESCSF, or IEC 62443; scripting skills (e.g., Python, PowerShell, SQL) highly valued.

Applications close on Friday 7th October.
