Barista Lead

YOUR ROLE

Aramark Northern Europe is currently recruiting for a Barista Lead to join our team in Sandy Lane, Northwood, UK. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager this role is full time 5/7 days and requires a customer focused personality with a passion for excellent coffee.

**This is a permanent role, working 35 hours/ week

Rate of pay is £10.50/hour

RESPONSIBILITIES

To manage and take complete ownership of a stand alone coffee bar

To prepare speciliaty hot & cold beverages to order in a timely manner adhering to the highest coffee standards

To ‘Upsell’ products and promote sales at all times

Ensure cleaning schedules are strictly adhered to

To deliver the highest level of customer service at all times

To carry out any reasonable management requests and attend training courses when required

To be responsible for end of day closing procedures including cash handling

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role

Cash handling experience

Excellent customer service skills

Have high personal standards and attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills

Working knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP

Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative

Strong understanding of English.
