Our unique, informal culture champions courage, determination and collaboration. Knowing we have an open and supportive team means each of us has the freedom to take responsibility and ownership. We have a shared passion to work hard, innovate and push boundaries.

United by the belief that when we strive for growth, anything is possible. While we might not be the largest company in our industry, we believe we can have the biggest impact because: Together We Have the Power to Win.

We have an exciting opportunity for a paid internship within our European Supply Chain team, where you will be able to gain valuable work experience in a global FMCG company. You will be part of a growing team with a wide remit across end to end supply chain, from management of inbound materials to outbound supply.

The Opportunity

Are you a student or recent graduate with a passion for international trade, logistics, or business operations? Ready to kickstart your career in a global company navigating complex trade environments? We’re offering a 12-month internship in our Import & Export Trade Compliance Department, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in global trade operations, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional collaboration, based in Folkestone, Kent on a 12-month contract commencing in Summer 2026. This is a great location on the Kent coast, with easy access to both London and the Channel Tunnel; we even have sea views from our logistics main office!

The role will combine a range of exciting projects, for example:

Assist with audits, compliance checks, and monitoring of regulatory updates.

Help prepare reports and audit materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in process improvement initiatives and cross-departmental projects.

Track shipments and manage routine administrative tasks like data entry and filing.

In this role you will work with multiple functions across the organization and liaise with external stakeholders such at third party logistics providers. You will have the opportunity to spend blocks of the internship year with different part of the Logistics function, so gain a deeper knowledge of each specific area. You will become proficient in SAP logistics transactions.

Our ideal candidate will be articulate and commercially aware, have an enquiring mind and be able to work on their own initiative. You must also be numerate and have experience interpreting data and spreadsheets. As you will be liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, we also expect that you will be a great ambassador for our team at all times.
