As an Easy Move Sales Representative, you will engage with our residential customers and provide an excellent consumer experience while also working with other departments to assist in the resolution of issues or requests. Your goal will be to acquire new Residential accounts through in-coming calls from account prospects. Your success will depend on your ability to engage with prospective customers to understand their needs and where we can provide value.

Your Responsibilities:
Through either inbound calls or outbound sales leads focuses on acquiring new business through new customers or existing customers
Execute simple and short-term sales cycle which may or may not lead to a long-term customer relationship
Sell relatively standardized offerings with a single application
Spend significant time on prospecting activity; spend little or no time on post-sales activities
Drive new product sales and/or upsells value added offerings to customers
Facilitating credit approval, set up, and activation
Support service and delivery teams by ensuring any commitments to customers is within the team’s ability to execute in a timely and efficient manner
Develop understanding of all our products to provide the best solution for our customer needs
Ensure accuracy when requests are logged, resolved and escalated where appropriate
Your Skills:
Able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude with strong customer service skills
Communicate effectively to build rapport and sustain relationships
Demonstrate reliability and collaboration in a team environment
Make sound decisions and provide support to team members
Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities
Your Experience:
High School with Post-secondary education preferred
1-3 years’ experience in sales/marketing and customer service required
Knowledge of liquid-petroleum products (i.e., heating oil, and propane) is considered an asset
