The ability to motivate staff, delegate tasks, and work collaboratively to optimize the department budget.
Monitoring PBX switch maintenance and MACD work.
Organizing monthly reviews with carriers, center application providers, and maintenance providers to ensure system performances are met.
Identifying incidents and implement the best solutions to ensure business requirements are met.
Being technical and understanding old and new telcom software.
Job Requirements
Your previous experience includes:
Bachelor's in Telecommunications or closely related field.
Obtain and maintain a Nevada Gaming License.
5+ years experience in telecommunications management roles and vendor relationship management.
High proficiency with Firewall, Networking, Data, Nortel CS1000, Avaya Aura Contact Center, and telecommunications troubleshooting.
Certified for ITIL v3 Foundations and Avaya Certified Support Specialist (ACSS)
Salary: $110K - 120K
FT - Direct Hire
