Responsibilities:
Prepare and review quarterly and annual financial statements and notes, including supporting working papers
Create and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario analysis, and decision support
Analyze financial results and variances
Produce and review internal and external financial reports, including bank reporting, inventory and cost analysis, and cash flow forecasts
Manage GL structure across multiple entities and projects within the accounting system
Oversee accurate project cost allocations; investigate and reclassify as necessary
Process complex journal entries related to cost allocations, intercompany loans, and mortgage transactions
Identify and recommend improvements to financial processes, reporting, and controls
Qualifications:
A new CPA or close to completion
3+ years experience from public accounting
MUST be local, as this position is on-site
