Duties & Responsibilities
Dairy management for the CEO
Creating detailed travel itineraries
Extensive and efficient email correspondence
Organising meetings and minute taking and distribution of minutes
Processing of expenses
Credit card recons for multiple accounts
Arranging social events for the family and the business
Management of miscellaneous issues
Research and compile business plans and create timelines for implementation of projects
Management and running various business under the company group
Debtors/creditors invoicing and statements
Client interaction
Sales and marketing
Management accounts
Property management
Handling confidential matters with discretion
Household and organisational projects
Source quotations from various contractors
Maintaining family calendar
Booking of family flight bookings and vacations
Co-ordinate family functions
Ensure paperwork and validation of documents is up to date and renewed in a timeous manner
Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12
PA Diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
Demonstrate experience in a similar role and industry (3+ years of experience)
Proven diary management skills
Above average experience with Microft Office
