Were looking for a motivated German-speaking Customer Success Specialist to deliver outstanding service to travelers from around the world. If you're driven, detail-oriented, and love working in diverse teams, this role offers you the chance to grow in a fast-paced, international environment.

Your Role:

Communicate with German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat

Assist with travel-related questions, bookings, and support

Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency

Record all customer interactions accurately in our system

Collaborate with colleagues from around the globe to deliver world-class service

What Youll Need:

Native-level German and strong English (C1 minimum)

Currently living in Malta (or planning to relocate soon)

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Flexible availability for shifts, including weekends

Previous customer service experience is helpful, but not essential

A genuine interest in travel and international teamwork
