APP: Outpatient Family Medicine

Position Highlights :

Hospital-employed rural health clinic with equal blend of primary care and walk-ins

4-Day Workweek

Outpatient-only with no call, nights, or weekends

Average 15-18 patients per day

Compensation & Benefits :

Starting salary: $131K-$152K

wRVU productivity bonus

Signing Bonus: $30K

Student loan repayment

Relocation: $15K

PTO: 42 days annually (includes 5 days for CME and 7 paid holidays)

Health/Dental/Vision : 100% of premiums for employee and 85% for dependents

Retirement: annual employer contribution of 8.4% of your gross salary (starts after 1-year anniversary)

Qualifications :

Degree: Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Certifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified

Licensure: Must have an active or be able to obtain a Washington State license

Experience: New grads and experienced candidates equally welcome to apply
