In the Group Funtions, we support the market-oriented divisions with central services. We work together today on the solutions for tomorrow - in close cooperation with our customers and always with high quality standards.

What you will do:

Provide general administrative support to the HR team, filing HR documents and ensure accuracy and confidentiality

Assist with the employee learning and development programs

Support the employee engagement activities and HR events

Support the recruitment and onboarding activities

Assist with the system testing and data validation

What you bring:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any HR related field.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Proficiency in communicating and writing in English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

A willingness to learn on HR best practices and labor laws. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of data and act with integrity
