Regional Sales Manager – West Coast Territory: California + Select Western States We’re not looking for just another territory rep.
We’re looking for a West Coast business builder — someone who thrives on ownership, knows how to navigate industrial accounts, and can lead customers from “interested” to “fully integrated” in our waste and recycling solutions.
This is a consultative sales role for someone who understands the value of engineered equipment, long sales cycles, and selling ROI, not features.
You'll work directly with facility managers, EH&S leaders, and operations execs in sectors like manufacturing, logistics, retail, and waste services.
We’re growing fast in the Western U.S., and this is a high-priority territory with strategic accounts, active projects, and room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing Develop and execute a regional sales strategy focused on compactors, balers, shredders, and separation systems.
Win and grow key accounts by solving real-world problems: lowering waste hauling costs, improving recycling compliance, or automating waste handling.
Lead complex sales cycles with plant managers, procurement, and sustainability teams — guiding them from needs assessment through proposal, installation, and beyond.
Collaborate with inside sales, engineering, and service teams to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
Track pipeline, manage quoting, and stay engaged through close and post-sale.
What Makes You a Strong Fit 5+ years of outside sales in capital equipment, waste systems, material handling, or industrial services.
You’ve sold into factories, DCs, or industrial facilities and can speak the language of operations and safety managers.
Proven closer — you're strategic, organized, and thrive in long-cycle consultative selling.
Strong in CRM (Salesforce, NetSuite, etc.), quoting tools, and Excel.
Based in or willing to travel regularly throughout the West Coast territory.
