Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences? We’re looking for a Home-Based Order Entry Specialist to join our U.S.-based client in the promotional products industry. In this role, you’ll manage the full order entry and order management process — ensuring that client orders, production schedules, and delivery timelines align seamlessly. You’ll also handle real-time order processing and maintain high accuracy while communicating effectively with customers and internal teams.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Order Entry

Access a customer email form the CxONe email channel- this is automatically routed to them.

Accurately process orders using Apparelsoft.

Communicate with customers via email for missing details or clarifications.

Real-Time Order Processing

Orders are processed in real-time receipt of order not to exceed one (1) hour average turnaround time. (e.g., orders received by 11 AM CST should be completed by 12 PM CST).

Orders received after 7 PM CST should be completed the next business morning. Turnaround time per order is calculated by counting the queue time in Ring Central.

Maintain a productivity target of 8–10 contacts per hour once fully trained.

Revisions

Prioritize and process order revisions immediately.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of direct Promotional, Customer Service, or Order Management role.

Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.

Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in both Microsoft and Google applications.

Basic exposure to Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Canva is ideal.

Various promotional industry-specific software (i.e., Sage, ESP, CommonSku, Syncore)

Direct experience in the promotional industry or comparable e-commerce experience is beneficial.

Strong customer service skills and adaptability to different personalities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment and meet tight deadlines.

WHAT WE OFFER

Salary Range: PHP 27,000-30,000

Job Type: Full-time

Work Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST (USA)

Workdays: Sunday through Thursday (USA)
