Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Fire & Ice is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Electrical Team. Electricians are paid weekly and have uncapped commission opportunities.
Pay: $25-$50+/Hour - Base + uncapped commission.
High performing technicians can average $55+ hourly income.
Sign-On up to $5k pending experience and performance.

Paid Time Off (PTO) What you will do:
Residential electrical service, maintenance, inspections and troubleshooting
Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools.
Plan layout and installation of electrical wiring, equipment and fixtures, based on job specifications and local codes.
Whole house rewire What YOU will bring as a Electrician:
2+ years of Residential Electrical experience
Great Customer Service and Communication Skills
Valid Drivers License
Willingness to Work as Part of a Team Qualifications
What You Will Bring:
2+ year of Electrical Service experience is preferred.
Must pass Motor Vehicle, Background check and Drug Screen
Good work ethic and willingness to learn new methods.

Responsibilities
What You Will Do:
Diagnose and repair residential electrical systems and lead customers to informed and confident buying decisions.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical control, wiring and lighting systems
Perform general electrical maintenance and read technical diagrams and blueprints
Inspect, diagnose and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures
Inspect and perform corrective maintenance on circuit breakers and transformers
Follow national electrical code, and state and local building regulations
Track repairs and work completed in trade software, Service Titan
Engage with customer/client to inform them of issue, solution and outcome; recommend products and services for optimal system performance
