Fiber Optic Trainer Facilitator

Our client, a leading organization in the telecommunications industry, is seeking a Fiber Optic Facilitator to join their team. As a Fiber Optic Facilitator, you will be part of the Training Department supporting the technical training and development of new employees. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong coaching abilities, and a passion for adult learning, which will align successfully in the organization.

Fiber Optic Trainer Facilitator

Location: Hilliard, OH

What's the Job?

Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions on fiber optic internet installation techniques

Demonstrate and coach students on proper installation and troubleshooting procedures

Identify and correct improper skills during training to ensure quality standards

Utilize computers or tablets to access training materials and record student progress

What's Needed?

Understanding of adult learning concepts and facilitation skills

Effective verbal communication skills

Ability to deliver training both in person and virtually

Knowledge of basic electrical safety related to telecommunications

Familiarity with equipment used in customer homes for internet services (Optical Network Terminal, Routers, Modems, Fiber cables)
