What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience in training, staff development, or healthcare program administration.
Strong knowledge of CARF standards, Medicaid, and state regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs.
Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.
Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Trainual), Microsoft Office Suite, and EHR systems preferred.
Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) or equivalent credential is a plus.
A collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to evolving organizational needs.
