They are seeking a proactive and versatile ICT Support Engineer to provide on-site technical support, installations, and maintenance across multiple client sites.

About the Role As an ICT Support Engineer, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day running of ICT systems across a portfolio of school clients.
You’ll deliver both first and second-line support, assist with project delivery, and ensure each school’s IT infrastructure operates efficiently and securely.
You’ll be the key technical point of contact for your schools — supporting users, maintaining networks, installing hardware, and implementing cloud and security solutions.
This role offers excellent variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to develop your skills across servers, networking, and cloud technologies.
Key Responsibilities Provide on-site first and second-line support across client networks and devices Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot Windows and Mac environments, servers, and Active Directory Support cloud systems including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Entra ID Install, update, and maintain hardware and software across multiple sites Manage network equipment and connectivity, diagnosing and resolving faults Support audiovisual, printing, and interactive screen systems Maintain accurate documentation, inventories, and service records Deliver excellent customer service and build strong client relationships Assist with small to medium technical projects and infrastructure improvements What We’re Looking For Minimum 2 years’ experience in an ICT support role, ideally within the education sector Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS Good understanding of cloud platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, InTune, Entra ID) Familiarity with networking fundamentals, switches, and topology design Experience supporting MacOS, iOS, and mobile devices Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset Full UK driving licence and access to transport (travel between sites required) Punctual, reliable, and keen to learn new technologies Why Apply?
