Your role at Baxter:
As a Capital Coordinator, you will support activities in the plant's project area. It requires the application of accounting and financial principles and knowledge of the impact of operations on the financial results of the business. It provides Management and the different areas of the organization with accurate and timely information for good decision-making.
What you'll be doing:
Capital-Related Responsibilities
It provides support in the creation and approval of Capital Investment projects, as well as in their execution of expenditure (Opex and Capex). Coordinates, maintains, and projects capital investment plan on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis. He supports and guides project owners in balancing purchase orders (POs) against invoices and assisting in the investigation of discrepancies to maintain alignment with Forecast and Budget. CAPEX report (AUC, MOR, LBE) and related queries on corporate capital investment control. Project capitalization monitoring. Coordination with PMO for handling and submitting LRP or equivalent experience in AOP. Planning and coordination ensuring compliance with delivery dates for AOP, Forecast, and LRP or equivalent experience. Complete capitalization requests for fixed asset control. Ensure the reliability of financial information and its presentation. Align with and carry out financial requirements, regulations, internal control, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities related to the Control of Fixed Assets.
11. Performs and coordinates physical inventory takings, fixed assets, and cycle counts.
12. Print and place fixed asset tags.
13. Collect regulatory documentation for asset capitalization (invoices, SUAS, first booking date, file documents, and others)
14. Handle the capitalization of assets and plate them and control asset donation records.
16. Reconciliation (nationalization) and supervise the control system procedures, registration forms, write offs and update of fixed assets.
17. Configuration of MROs at Maximum.
18. Keep the physical archive of documents updated and in order (Transfers, sending and coordination of destruction of documents stored in Guarda Documentos) and EPower digital archive (Administration and maintenance of the system).
19. Management of asset control software and assists in the documentation of financial process procedures.
20. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, national regulations and applicable corporate policies, including all occupational health, health and hygiene standards.
What You'll Bring!
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent experience preferred.
Fully computer knowledge (MS package, MS Project), Excel and accountability.
5+ year of experience
