Responsibilities:

Lead a high-performing engineering team to deliver scalable, reliable software

Contribute directly to coding, design, and architecture decisions

Act as a player-coach—driving technical excellence and mentoring future leaders

Champion engineering best practices, performance, and reusability

Collaborate closely with oncologists, product managers, and data experts

Lead technical planning and contribute to strategic product development

Who We Are Looking For:

Requirements:

2+ years of experience managing software engineers
