Develop and implement machine learning models, including supervised and unsupervised techniques.

Fine tune and adapt pre trained models for specific use cases and client projects.

Collaborate with cross functional teams—software engineers, product managers, and domain experts—to develop data driven solutions.

Build predictive models and algorithms that address complex business challenges.

Communicate results and insights effectively to stakeholders through data visualizations and reports.

Stay current with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and AI, focusing on the practical application of pre trained models and cutting edge technologies.

Develop and maintain internal IP around advanced analytics, model development, and AI driven tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. Ph.D. is a plus.

3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R and experience with data science libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit learn).

Hands on experience with pre trained models such as LLMs or other deep learning frameworks.

Strong understanding of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques.

Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.

Experience with client facing projects or in a consulting environment is a plus.

Benefits

Competitive total rewards package with an annual bonus.

Significant training allowance; attend conferences, acquire certifications, and develop new skills.

Work from home flexibility—no daily commute required; you can be located anywhere in the U.S. or Canada.

All necessary equipment provided, including a laptop with your chosen OS and an annual budget to personalize your workspace.

Community engagement opportunities, such as participating in volunteer events during work hours.
