COMIS DE ROOM SERVICE

Responsabilidades:

Verificar que el pedido esté completo y sea tal como lo ordenó el huésped.

Entregar los pedidos de comida, incluídas las necesidades o solicitudes especiales, al huésped en la habitación.

Dar la bienvenida al huésped y describir los artículos seleccionados con descripciones interesantes y vívidas del origen, el sabor y los métodos de preparación.

Responder a la solicitud de retiro de la bandeja de acuerdo a los estándares de tiempos establecidos.

Distribuir productos de Private Bar y amenidades.

Asegurarse que el huésped firme el cheque correspondiente.

Requisitos:

Preferentemente formación en Hotelería o Gastronomía.

Experiencia de 6 a 12 meses en posiciones de servicio en Alimentos y bebidas.

Dominio del idioma Inglés avanzado.

Flexibilidad horaria especialmente para trabajar durante el turno noche.

Proactividad, entusiasmo y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
