Leasing Specialist

Position Summary:

The Leasing Specialist is responsible for managing tenant relations, executing leasing agreements, and driving tenant retention initiatives to support property occupancy and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of leasing processes including tenant screening, lease preparation, and execution.

Serve as primary point of contact for current and prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Conduct property tours and assist prospective tenants throughout the leasing process.

Collaborate with property management teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding and move-in.

Implement tenant retention strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.

Monitor lease expirations and coordinate renewals in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate leasing records and prepare reports as needed.

Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements

Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer service preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Knowledge of relevant leasing and housing regulations a plus.
